From the intersection of Highway 380 (University Dr.) and Carroll Blvd.

Go north on Carroll Blvd.  Kroger will be on your left.

Get in the left lane after you pass Kroger.  Go through the light at Sherman Dr.

Turn left onto the first driveway at the wrought iron gates labeled “North Texas State Fairgrounds.”

Proceed to the far side of the west wing of the Bingo Hall (at the back of the building).
